Barocke Beats im Ballsaal von Versailles bei der Just Dance® 2024 Edition

Düsseldorf, 21. September 2023 – Heute geben Ubisoft, das französische Nationale Zentrum für Kino und Bewegtbild (CNC) und das Schloss Versailles bekannt, dass Just Dance® 2024 Edition, der nächste Teil der erfolgreichsten Musikvideospiel-Marke aller Zeiten*, das 18. Jahrhundert mit einem modernen Pop-Twist in einer völlig neuen Just Dance-Map zum Leben erweckt: A Night in the Château de Versailles.

Die Partnerschaft zwischen dem CNC, dem Schloss von Versailles und Ubisoft entstand im Rahmen des Programms der "Kulturolympiade". Im Zuge der Vorbereitungen auf die Olympischen und Paralympischen Spiele 2024 in Paris wurde das Programm "Kulturolympiade" vom Internationalen Olympischen Komitee (IOC) ins Leben gerufen, um den Dialog zwischen Sport und Kultur auf seinem gesamten Gebiet zu fördern.

In A Night in the Château de Versailles (Eine Nacht im Schloss von Versailles) bewegen sich die Spieler:innen durch das Weltkulturerbe Schloss Versailles und tauchen in die wunderschönen Gärten, den Latona-Brunnen und den majestätischen Spiegelsaal zu einem modernen Pop-Arrangement von zwei barocken Musikstücken ein: Lullys "Marche Turque" (Marsch für die türkische Zeremonie) und Rameaus "Les Sauvages" (Die Wilden).

Alle Aspekte von A Night in the Château de Versailles, einschließlich der Musik, des Tanzes, der Kostüme und der Schauplätze, mischen historische Authentizität mit Pop-Elementen, um ein extravagantes Party-Erlebnis zu schaffen. Die Choreografie, die in Zusammenarbeit von Ubisoft und der Abteilung Château de Versailles Spectacles des Schlosses Versailles und mit Unterstützung des CNC entwickelt und gestaltet wurde, kombiniert moderne Tanzschritte mit klassischen Hoftänzen.

Spieler:innen können in A Night in the Château de Versailles in den Hof von König Ludwig XIV. eintauchen, wenn die Just Dance 2024 Edition am 24. Oktober für Nintendo Switch, PS5 und Xbox Series X|S erscheint.
